Tripty Dubey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clothing & Textiles (Home) from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University (MSU), Baroda and a Master’s degree in Textiles & Clothing (Home) from Mumbai University. She started her carrier as an empanelled Khadi designer and Design research associate at the prestigious National Design Institute (NID) for KVICKhadi Village Industries & Commission. After leaving NID, she has been teaching as well as conducting workshops in reputed fashion design institutes in Mumbai like NIFT, Pearl Academy and Amity University. Her experience also boasts of holding a position of Design Consultant for menswear design projects with Ashima Ltd. as well as Westside. She has keen interest in research area on intangible cultural heritage as well as supporting sustainable Textiles.
